The Club President is a vital leader within the Club Committee, responsible for overseeing club operations and representing it at District and international levels within Toastmasters International. The president provides leadership, presides over meetings, manages club meeting logistics, and collaborates with fellow club leaders to pursue Distinguished Club Recognition through educational achievements, membership growth, active participation in Club Officer Training, and timely administrative tasks. Recognizing member accomplishments further reinforces the club's commitment to excellence and enhances the overall member experience. |

The Vice President of Education (VPE) plays a pivotal role in member education and development within the club. This encompasses setting meeting agendas, managing the club's schedule, and assigning meeting roles. Additionally, the VPE assumes responsibility for supervising the growth and involvement of all club members, including monitoring and validating their progress in the Toastmasters Pathways learning program.
Encouraging active participation in Pathways and organizing speech contests are among the key tasks. Staying well-informed about Toastmasters programs is essential, and the VPE also fulfils the important role of providing impartial evaluations on speeches and projects. |

The Vice President of Membership ( VPM) holds the critical role of overseeing communication with guest and prospective members , creating a hospitable atmosphere, providing necessary membership information, and seamlessly integrating individuals into the club's community.
Timely and effective communication with potential members is a paramount duty of the VPM, facilitation their seamless transition into the club. The VPM is also tasked with ensuring the club maintains a healthy membership count and collaborates closely with the Vice President of Public Relations ( VPPR) to attract a consistent flow of guest to club meetings. |

The Vice President of Public Relations is responsible for building the club's reputation and ensuring members have the best experience. This role involves enhancing visibility in the community and upholding the Toastmasters brand, ultimately contributing to the club's success.
As VPPR, the primary responsibility is to promote the club within the local community and keep the media informed about our activities and the benefits we offer. Managing the web presence, safeguard the Toastmasters brand, and highlight any noteworthy club achievements. This includes overseeing the online and community presence, as well as maintaining the social media profiles and website. |

The SAA is responsible for the provisions at each club meeting, ensuring all supplies of stationary and equipment are available. The SAA must also take a lead in the meeting and greeting of club guests, as well as overseeing the effectiveness of the club meetings. |

There is an additional member of the committee beyond the eight members and this is the Immediate Past President. The role is to support the Club President and committee on issues of uncertainty or unfamiliarity in order to help expedite matters. |
